Key Responsibilities
In this apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to a wide range of HR duties, essential to the smooth operation of the business. Below are some of the core responsibilities:
- Diary Entries
- Booking in meetings
- Taking meeting notes
- Keeping employee proformas up to date
- Assistant manager and line manager in daily tasks
- Greeting clients
- Scanning
- Saving dictations and call recordings
- Filling
- General administration
- Supporting all employees
- Travel to other offices weekly

- Very confidential role – must be trustworthy individual .
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Things to consider
