Articulate 360 is a software package that allows us to create user-friendly, fully integrated and highly interactive course content for our learners. It comes with multiple design packages, including Storyline 360 and Rise 360, which we are currently using to make the content as engaging as possible, with a fantastic range of visual assets. The platform also allows tasks to be completed online and automatically marked through the use of the LMS (learning management system).

Riverside have embedded the software within the Bud system so that it is effectively discreet to the learner. The key advantages of this system of working are:

• it significantly simplifies the processes for the learner having all the essential resources in a single location;
• the learning materials are more attractively presented and engaging;
• the online assessments mean that the learning development coaches are freed from some of the time-consuming admin elements of the coaching process allowing them to offer more direct support to the learners;
• the system is compatible with whatever device the learner feels most comfortable using.

Riverside will be introducing the dynamic learning changes on a phased basis. The first phase, focused on streamlining the Induction process,  is being trialled currently. It is expected that  all of Riverside’s qualifications will be driven through the platform by early 2022.
