The ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills is 100% online. 

You’ll study one mandatory unit, then either two 1-credit units or one 2-credit unit.

If you’d like to broaden your skills, you could study the ILM Level 2 Certificate, which allows you to study a more comprehensive course than the Award.

Learners will use the Aptem online e-portfolio system, a user-friendly platform that enables effective communication, progress tracking, and feedback between the learner and their coach.

Upon successful completion, learners will receive a globally recognised ILM (Institute of Leadership) Certificate.
