Senior Leader Learning and Development Coach
Purpose of Post
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Coach to deliver management qualifications including the Team Leader supervisor and Senior Leader standards.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in classroom and remote teaching.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Learning and Development Coach, you will typically be managing a caseload of 40 – 45 learners.
You will be supporting your learners through the successful completion of their program by providing coaching, guidance, and support to both the learners and their employer.
You will maintain regular contact with your learners and their employers to demonstrate formal progress and planning of progression for the learner.
You will be very hands-on in ensuring the learner completes scheduled assessments, tasks, and activities. This will be completed through a blended learning approach including online sessions, observations, professional discussions, work-based evidence, assignments, witness testimonies, quizzes, and classroom teaching.
Ideally, you will need to hold a degree or a higher education qualification accompanied by significant industry experience in senior leading. It is given with the nature of the role that excellent communication is key, with a desire to work in a coaching and mentoring environment
