To provide administrative support for the accounts and general day to day admin aspects of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, ambitious and self-motivated individual to join a friendly environment.

Reporting to:
- The successful applicant will report directly to the board of directors, working alongside the office and station managers
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Entering data into applications
- Handling paperwork
- Sorting and distributing office mail
- Managing business accounts
- Liaising with staff, customers & suppliers by phone and email
- Prepare, send and store invoices and credit notes
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Managing the sales ledger
- Banking and reconciliation
- Chasing up outstanding debts
- Making BACS or Card payments
- Process purchase orders
- Check and reconcile supplier statements against delivery notes
- Deal with accounts enquiries
- Process staff expenses & PAYE
- Assist with picking and dispatching customer orders
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
