Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Head Office team based in Hereford. We are looking for dynamic and proactive Accounts Admin Assistance to join our team.
REQUIRMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
– Excellent organisational and planning skills and attention to detail
– The ability to work on their own and as part of a team
– Be able to multi-task and prioritise their workload
– Excellent attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
– Preferred experience with SAGE 50
ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT ADMIN ASSISTANT
– Assisting the existing team with the Sales Ledger (Invoicing & credit control)
– Data entry and reconciliation of the Purchase Ledger
– Reconciliation of financial reports
– Liaising with relevant departments to ensure invoices and quotes are accurate
– Processing invoices, expense forms and quotes
– Assisting with monthly payroll and related queries
