What have been the benefits of the training so far?
Team Leader Workshops
Our Team Leaders have highlighted some key learning areas, in particular:
Leadership Styles, Team Dynamics, Resolving Conflict and Target Setting. For existing Team Leaders, we have benefited from a greater cross functional effectiveness as Team Leaders now share a common understanding and approach to managing their teams. For Team Leaders who have attended the programme prior to their appointment or promotion the transition into their new role has been faster and more effective.
The “Introduction to the Sales Process” and “Intermediate – Sales Tools & Strategies” programmes have been very helpful addition to the support provided to new members of the Customer Relations Management Team speeding their induction to full effectiveness.
The “Marketing Fundamentals” and “Social Media” programmes have helped our Marketing Department staff acquire extended knowledge and skills to lift the ingenuity and performance of the function.

How organised were we on set up and delivery?
The programmes have proved both supportive and relevant to the roles and objectives of the employees attending and delivered the promised content.
The course presenters have been effective and even inspiring trainers and coaches whose skills in demonstrating various principles and techniques were cited as role models by many of our attendees.
The course materials such as PowerPoint slides, workbooks and handouts are expertly produced and dovetail together well to make for a supportive learning experience.
