Marches Law - Customer Service Practitioner
A brief overview of the role:
You will be the first point of contact. Answering the telephone, greeting clients on their arrival to the office for appointments, filing, archiving of closed case files, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, stationery ordering, photocopying, scanning, basic typing, banking, providing refreshments.
We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Law firm.
Your main duties will include:
- Answering the telephone
- Booking appointments for our clients
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Liaising with the different legal departments
- Archiving of closed files
- Basic typing
- General office duties
The ideal candidate must be smart, punctual, outgoing and confident as you will be the first point of contact for our clients.
An interest in law would be an advantage as you will need to ‘learn the lingo’.
Due to the nature of the works undertaken within our law firm, the successful candidate will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and to have a clear DBS check.
The ideal candidate must like dogs as we have two office dogs who come to the office most days.
