LG Cleaning - Cleaning and Customer Service Operative
Brief overview of the role:
Fast growing business looking to support and help an employee with gaining and experience within the cleaning industry to pursue a customer service qualification with the view to gain a much higher role within the business upon successful completion of the qualification.
The role will begin with basic cleaning duties; preparing for and completing each job as per the job weeks sheet’s information (will include duties/tasks, clients names for addressing them, their address, and equipment and products required) as the employee progresses they will begin to have a lot more gradual responsibilities: liaising with their clients and organising their own diary efficiently and correctly (similar area jobs etc.), further to the end of the qualification/upon completion with the view to manage a team of staff and their diaries, required equipment and job lists etc., social media, responding to emails, website updates, blog information etc.
You will be:
- Ensuring all equipment and products are as per job sheet
- Copmpleting all relevant paperwork per job
There will be exposure to administrative duties, with plans to develop candidate for senior role in business.
