Learning and Development Consultant / Partner Level 5 Overview
Learning and Development is the cornerstone of any employee’s tenure with an organisation, it enables them to fulfil their duties and equips them with the knowledge and skills to grow in their role. A good L&D partner is able to align this with the aims and objectives of the business, and create/provide meaningful learning interventions that add value. They also consult with the business on the best methods to get the right message across, and support key stakeholders to manage and implement change.
This programme can be fully funded through your apprenticeship levy, or via a small contribution for non-levy payers.
