Lead Generation Specialist
Outline
To engage potential clients, managing the client database, engaging with relevant employer contacts and promoting the Riverside brand and qualifications in order to create appointments for the Business Development team to pursue.

Roles and responsibilities
- To obtain organise and input targeted data into the CRM system.
- To carry out a targeted and systematic drive to engage with new or potential clients for delivery of training.
- To meet or exceed targeted volumes of calls, creations of contacts and appointments each month
- Ongoing management, cleaning, reanalysing and updating of the CRM data
- Contacting potential clients through various channels
- Promoting the organisations assets and products to the client
- Booking appointments with employers decision makers
- Negotiating with employer gatekeepers
- Undertaking CPD in relation to the role and products
- Liaising with marketing to drive content
- Following up on e-mail and social media campaigns
- Contacting leads generated through the website
- Collaborate and communicate with departments to collate content
- Act in an innovative manner surrounding practices
- Promote equality of opportunity throughout the company and all its activities
- Any other duties as shall be deemed suitable and necessary to meet the requirements of the post and company
Salary Band
£18,000 – £20,000 per annum
