A brief overview of the role:
The role is to assist the business primarily in an administrative capacity. This role will also be crucial to assisting the business to expand by providing the administration support.

Key responsibilities:
- Appointment scheduling – including organising and liaising with -customers and contractors.
- Be the first point of contact for our customers
- Liaising with potential clients
- Data management and entry onto internal and customer platforms
- Gaining a good knowledge base of the business activities and target market.
- Managing and maintaining our social media platforms
Personal Profile:
- Good ICT knowledge and understanding – good understanding of excel
- Ability to work alone and within a team
- Good customer facing manor
- Proactive and Self motivated
Potential for a full time role upon completion, and also potential to develop into further roles in the business.
