Hereford First Aid Ltd - Customer Service Advisor
A brief overview of the role:
Dealing with new enquires, queries and providing information and guidance on our courses. Assisting with basic administration of bookings and sending out course information. Assisting setup of some of our in house courses and greeting customers. Managing our existing client database and developing close working relationships.
Duties will include:
- To be our first point of contact and handle telephone enquires.
- Monitor and respond to enquires via email.
- To assist with administrative duties including but not limited to processing customer bookings, invoicing, preparing and processing course paperwork, and managing our customer database.
- Assist with setting up of some of our courses and greeting customers.
