Freelance Health and Social Care Level 5 IQA
Purpose of Post
To plan, organise and deliver and internally quality assure on training programmes within specified occupational areas to promote and develop the company in line with its mission and strategic objectives.

Roles and responsibilities:
- To develop and implement IQA Strategy, Policies and Procedures in conjunction with the IQA team.
- To organise the IQA sampling plan across all occupational areas and assessors.
- To liaise with the Lead EQA to plan and implement the EQA strategy with appropriate awarding bodies
- To support the approval and implementation of new programmes where identified.
- To support the roll out of new standards and end point assessment as part of apprenticeship reform.
- To plan, deliver and oversee the Induction Programme for new IQAs.
- Act as the IQA for the specific Occupational Area (OA) in line with the Quality Assurance Strategy and Assessment and IQA Policy.
- To organise and lead IQA Standardisation meetings and producing the Minutes of the meetings.
- To plan and carry out observational IQA visits with Assessors, completing formative and Summative Sampling of portfolios through monthly Caseload Reviews.
- To liaise with the External Quality Assurance visit on all aspects of an EQA visit.
- To participate in and promote staff development and ensure continuous professional development (CPD) in line with the post and as agreed through the staff appraisal process in accordance with company policy.
