Do you want to improve your chances of promotion?
Do you want to get on better with your colleagues?
Daniel Goleman first brought emotional intelligence to a wide audience with his book of this name. He argues that our view of human intelligence is far too narrow and that our emotions play a far greater role in thought, decision making and individual success than is commonly acknowledged. Truly effective individuals are also distinguished by a high degree of emotional intelligence. Being able to handle emotions in relationships and being able to influence and inspire others are the essential foundation skills for successful teamwork and leadership. During this workshop we will look at how emotional intelligence can be nurtured and strengthened. It is actually a set of skills that anyone can acquire with practice.
