Early Years Learning and Development Coach
Purpose of Post
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Coach with experience in classroom and remote teaching to deliver the Early Years Practitioner Level 2 and Early Years Educator Level 3.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Learning and Development Coach, you will typically be managing a caseload of 50 learners.
You will be supporting your learners through the successful completion of their program by providing coaching, guidance and support to both the learners and their employer.
You will maintain regular contact with your learners and their employers to demonstrate formal progress and planning of progression for the learner.
You will be very hands-on in ensuring the learner completes scheduled assessments, tasks and activities. This will be completed through a blended learning approach including online sessions, observations, professional discussions, work-based evidence, assignments, witness testimonies, quizzes and classroom teaching.
It is a given with the nature of the role that excellent communication is key, with a desire to work in a coaching and mentoring environment.
