A brief overview of the role
Discover Parks is looking for a well presented, customer-focused person to join their dedicated Front of House team. As a Front of House Apprentice you will meet and greet customers and provide advice and support on products and services. You will also provide information, support and guidance to resolve any emerging issues that our guests may be experiencing.
- Meet and greet customers to the park.
- Managing incoming calls, face to face customer service enquiries and product sales.
- Generating potential sales leads.
- Identifying and assessing customer service needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring information flow to team members.
- Providing accurate, information for sales and customer accounts.
- Handling customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Keep records of customer interactions, processing of customer accounts and file documents.
