Brief overview of the role
Administration Assistant to undertake general day to day administrative duties within the company.
Will assit with day to day running of the department. Will be required to make/take telephone calls regarding bookings and breakdowns. Make appointments and schedule engineer diaries. Create job sheets for work. General administration duties to include filing paperwork and maintaining work records.
Day to day administrative duties to include:
- Answering phone / diverting calls / taking messages
- Incoming post and outgoing
- Greeting Visitors
- Filing and archiving
- Letter Writing
- and more duties as experience develops
