Business Support Assistant

Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct enrolments of applicants.
- To compliance check learner sign-ups.
- Chase up missing documents and/or evidence from learners and employers.
- Ensure all learners are registered with Awarding Organisations and EPAOs.
- To book learners in for examinations and end-point assessments in liaison with Awarding Organisation and End-Point Assessment Organisations procedures.
- To prepare for and conduct invigilation of examinations in line with the companies policy.
- Ensure all achievements are communicated promptly and the learners records updated.
- Ensure learner certificates are claimed and distributed to the correct address.
- To accurately process, breaks in learning and withdrawals where appropriate.
- To assist in the preparation and collation of the necessary paperwork for external audits.
- To provide administrative support to your allocated Learning & Development Coaches.
- To meet and greet guests and visitors.
- To answer the telephone on behalf of the company in a polite and professional manner and to ensure all messages are relayed via email/Teams promptly with as much information as possible.
- To support with office organisation inclusive of room preparation and ordering of catering, stationery and janitorial supplies.
- To accurately and promptly maintain physical and electronic office filing systems.
- To action and respond to emails and both internal and external communications.
- To participate in staff development and engage in continuous professional development.
- Work in line with all the companies policies.
- Any other duties that may be deemed necessary to meet the requirements of the post and company.
