There are many reasons why an Apprenticeship could be the right decision for you. An Apprenticeship is an opportunity to gain hands on experience within an environment that interests you, and also enables you to start working, earn a wage and gain a qualification. With the majority of the employers that we work with there is a full time permanent job for you at the end of your qualification. In the unlikely event that there isn’t, then you will still be leaving that job with a qualification and at least one year of practical experience.

Sourcing CVs, processing applications, conducting interviews and putting together inductions can also zap a lot of time away from the business – particularly if you have a lot to filter through.

We will advertise the position here on our website plus on the National Apprenticeship Service website and on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked In). We can offer any administration services including an eligibility screening and telephone interviews where required, and will ensure that all candidates proposed to you are ready for interview and have received any additional support as required. Riverside Training will also manage and co-ordinate the interviews and feedback to candidates as necessary.
