Tasks and Training details
What will you be doing?
Contacting New Contractors:
- Send introductory emails or messages to new contractors
- Request required documents (e.g., identification, certifications, contracts)
- Set deadlines for document submission and follow up if necessary
- Be the contractors point of contact during compliance
Booking and Rescheduling Training:
- Identify available training sessions.
- Schedule contractors for initial or follow-up training sessions
- Reschedule any missed or conflicting training sessions
- Send confirmations and reminders to contractors
Confirming References:
- Reach out to the provided references via phone or email
- Document responses and ensure all reference checks are complete
- Follow up on any outstanding references
Updating the System:
- Enter contractor details (e.g., contact info, documents received, training completed) into the relevant system or database
- Update the status of tasks (e.g., documents received, training booked)
- Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
