Brief overview of the role
A4 office products have a customer base in Herefordshire and Mid – Wales and supply businesses with office products, business machines and furniture. Due to our continued growth we are expanding our team and are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Sales Administrator.

Duties include:
- Responsibilities Include
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking customer orders over the telephone & via email
- Processing orders on the back office system
- Producing quotes on the computer
- Dealing with customer queries
- General administration i.e. – filing, labelling, copying, mail drops etc
- Organising the return of items back to the wholesaler
- Supporting other members of staff with their workload
- Setting up new customers on the database
- Cleansing existing database
- Analysing reports to establish gap analysis
- Making courtesy calls to existing customers to build relationships and grow their spend
